Carla Boucher was born and raised in Ohio and has lived in Virginia since 1994.  She attended Ohio Dominican College in Columbus, Ohio and later graduated from Regent University School of Law in 1997.  Carla has been a solo practice attorney for more than 25 years.  She focuses most heavily in Small Business, Environmental, Natural Resources, Land Use, and Estate Planning.

Mrs. Boucher is a member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
